Molnar Industrial Park is located in the north end of Strathroy fronting onto Highway 402, with direct highway access within less than 2 km. Leading industries include Vari-Form, Meridian Magnesium, Parmerit Inc./Wolfe Heave Equipment, Bonduelle North America, Accucaps, Ricco Foods, Andersen/KML Windows & Doors, Grace Trucking, and others. Home to the Municipality's largest industrial operations, the park features a total of 432 acres of industrial activity, with about 150 acres of serviced vacant industrial land, some with direct exposure onto Highway 402.
Centrally located in Strathroy, the High Street Industrial Park features approximately 150 acres of established industrial and commercial lands, including a diverse mix of some of the community's leading industries such as Bonduelle North America, Meridian Magnesium Products Division and Global Technology Centre, Agribrands Purina Canada Inc., Downham Nurseries, Pentacast Inc., Langs Bus Lines, Autotube, and Sansin Corporation among others. The area also includes a number of smaller industrial facilities and properties, some with direct rail access to the Canadian National Railways Toronto-Chicago Mainline. Access to Highway 402 is located approximately 3.5 km from the Park.
