On Friday, November 15, 2024, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) commenced a work stoppage. Throughout the stoppage, mail delivery to and from the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is expected to be significantly delayed and/or completely stopped.

Metcalfe St. East will be closed at the intersections of Arthur St. and Queen St. beginning on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. This road closure will be in effect until Wednesday, December 11, 2024. This section of Metcalfe St. East will be closed to facilitate work on the Queen Street Phase 2 project. Learn more about the Queen Street project at www.strathroy-caradoc.ca/construction.
