On Thursday January 21st, 2021, the Strathroy Caradoc Police received a call to investigate an unplated suspicious vehicle believed to be in contravention of the Stay-At-Home Order under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.
The driver had been observed attending at several addresses within Strathroy for non-essential travel. The same vehicle was also observed the previous day doing the same but was not located at that time.
