Take notice that on Monday, January 20, 2020 the Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting pursuant to The Development Charges Act, 1997, regarding proposed development charge rates and policies that will be applied throughout the Municipality. It is proposed that enactment of a development charges by-law by Council would occur on a date subsequent to the public meeting.

Façade Improvement Grants Approved
Strathroy-Caradoc Council has approved seven applications involving 13 properties under the Façade Improvement Program for 2019.
Under the Program, grants covering up to half of eligible costs are awarded to successful applicants to help improve buildings in commercial areas in the Municipality. This year, $60,000 was allocated to the seven successful applicants.
