The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc's online Bids and Tenders tool provided by eSolutionsGroup allows vendors to view, register, and download bid opportunities through the municipal website. Vendors can register for the new Bids and Tenders tool to receive notice of upcoming bid opportunities. All projects available for bidding are posted exclusively to this system.
Vendors can search and view bid opportunities online, and have the option to pay a fee of $45.00 to eSolutionsGroup to download each bid opportunity if they are interested in submitting a bid. Or vendors can purchase an unlimited annual subscription fee of $165.00 from our Bids and Tenders e-Procurement platform at https://strathroy-caradoc.bidsandtenders.ca. If a vendor already has a paid Bids & Tenders subscription with eSolutionsGroup from another community, a subscription fee is not required.
Registration provides access not only to Strathroy-Caradoc bid opportunities, but to all bid opportunities for eSolutionsGroup Bids & Tenders clients throughout the region and across Canada. The unlimited annual subscription also provides vendors with the following benefits and services:
- Unlimited access to register for all bid opportunities
- Automatic notifications of new bid opportunities, addenda, site meeting reminders, and bid results
- Unlimited use of online submissions, document downloads, and addenda notices
- Unlimited category subscription for bid matching
- Instant access to bid results
- Customized vendor dashboard that allows quick access to active opportunities and bid history
- Self-serve profile management
- Ability to add up to 10 contacts to your account
- Ability to register for the Emergency Contact database
Please note that effective April 1, 2016, only registered vendors are able to bid on opportunities with the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc. Over the next few months, the Municipality will transition to a Bids & Tenders process that is entirely and exclusively online, allowing registered vendors to not only download bid packages, but also submit their bids online through the municipal website in one quick, easy, and convenient location.
The change to a paperless online system will ensure consistency and transparency in our purchasing and procurement process, improve access to bid opportunities for vendors, and minimize administrative time and costs associated with the bids and tenders process.
