The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is committed to ensuring the highest quality of services for our residents, businesses, and visitors. To achieve this, the municipality is conducting a Service Delivery Review of its services and operations and has retained StrategyCorp Inc., a third-party consultant, to complete this review. This project is focused on improving services that residents use in their day-to-day lives while also driving ongoing efficiencies, innovation, and cost savings in delivering those services.
The outcome of the Service Delivery Review will be a comprehensive set of detailed recommendations accompanied by an implementation plan, both of which will be informed by the insights of key stakeholders. These results will serve as strategic guides, shaping decision-making processes across various municipal divisions and departments.

The Service Delivery Review - Final Recommendations Report is the culmination of StrategyCorp’s rigorous examination of the Municipality, its organizational structure, and the services it delivers. This report provides a detailed analysis of the Municipality and outlines six (6) key initiatives for improvement. These initiatives aim to enhance service delivery, address community priorities, and guide future planning.

This survey will be available online and in a hard-copy format from August 19 until August 31, 2024.
Online: To complete the survey online, please visit the Service Delivery Review community survey. Responses will be accepted no later than August 31, 2024.
Paper: Paper copies of the survey will be available for pick up at the Municipal Office and the Strathroy, Mount Brydges, and Melbourne libraries. Once completed, surveys can be dropped off at any of these locations by August 31, 2024.
