Purpose and Effect
The municipality is in receipt of a request for Part Lot Control Exemption on the lot municipally known as 611 and 613 Regent Street and will be heard by the Council of The Municipality of Strathroy Caradoc on September 16, 2024. The lot, 21 of 33M822 was created with the intention of being split once the semidetached unit was constructed. The property now has a building and the owners are requesting the part lot control exemption. Each of the parts will comply with minimum lot area and frontage requirement of the Zoning By-law.
