The Caradoc Housing Corporation will be hosting a Community Open House to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Caradoc Place apartment building. The Caradoc Housing Corporation would like to invite the public to visit the 22645 Adelaide Road, Mount Brydges location from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on January 31, 2024, to tour the units and amenities.
The new apartment building includes 37 units consisting of a mix of affordable and market-rent apartments. As part of the Caradoc Housing Corporation's funding agreement with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Caradoc Place will serve seniors (65+), veterans, and women and children fleeing domestic violence.
The Caradoc Housing Corporation is eager to welcome the public into the building and share in celebrating this important community milestone.
