Effective June 1, 2022, the Municipality has taken over billing for Strathroy-Caradoc water and waste water customers. Water and waste water charges will no longer appear on monthly Entegrus hydro bills. Instead, customers can expect to receive a separate bill from the Municipality every two months with their water and waste water charges. Each bill is due on the 15th of the following month in which it is issued.
Strathroy-Caradoc water and waste water customers should have received a letter from the Municipality with their new account information. There are several options available to make payment, including pre-authorized payments, telephone/internet banking, mail, in-person at the Municipal Office or via the secure overnight drop-box, or by post-dated cheque. A pre-authorized payment plan registration form should have been included in your new account letter offering equal monthly payments or payments on each due date.
