Over the past eight months, the Municipality and Police Services Board have undergone a strategic planning process to identify the future goals and direction of each organization. During this eight month project, the Municipality worked to update their existing strategic plan, while the Police Services Board worked to develop their first strategic plan. The Municipality and Police Board procured the help of Municipal Strategic Planning Associates (MSPA), administered by Cash & Associates Inc., to help each group through the planning process.
Throughout the project, feedback was collected from residents, various community partners, Municipal and Police Service staff, and both the Strathroy-Caradoc Council and Police Services Board. This feedback was invaluble and helped to ensure that the plans developed were representative of the unique needs and interests of the community as a whole. With the plans now complete, the Municipality and Police Services Board are excited to share the final results.
