Notice is hereby given that Strathroy-Caradoc Council, at its June 20, 2022 meeting, declared a portion of the following lands surplus to the Municipality’s needs:
The property known as 8625 Falconbridge Drive, Mt. Brydges:
Legally described as Parts of 1-1 Section 3411, Lot 1 Plan 34M11, Township of Strathroy-Caradoc, being a one (1) ac portion of PIN 08520-0008 (LT) and to be further described upon the registration of a reference plan.
Notice of this declaration is given by the Chief Administrative Officer / Clerk in accordance with Strathroy-Caradoc By-law 64-20 (Sale and Disposition of Land By-law).
