The Municipality is in receipt of a request for Part Lot Control Exemption on the lots and blocks legally known as Blocks 271, 273 and 274; Lots 160, 184 to 193, and 209 of Plan 33M-619 and will be heard by the Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc on December 2, 2024. The blocks were created as municipal service blocks, however, the developer has redesigned the subdivision to have the services occupy a smaller area. The owner and applicant are requesting the part lot control exemption now so that they can proceed with the next phase of development. Each of the parts will comply with minimum lot area and frontage requirement of the Zoning By-law. Please see attached map.
