Proposed Site Plan Application
MN 22 Carroll Street (West) and MN 24633 Adelaide Road, Strathroy
You are invited by LDS Consultants Inc. to attend a Virtual Community Open House to learn more about the above referenced proposed development. Jaslo Properties Limited has submitted applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment for the property located at MN 22 Carroll Street and MN 24633 Adelaide Road in the Town of Strathroy. The proposal comprises forty-seven (47) attached medium density residential units contained within twelve (12) blocks, one (1) detached unit representing the original dwelling unit, one (1) common building for tenant recreational uses, and a network of private streets having access to Carroll Street West.
LDS Consultants are the engineering consultants retained by Jaslo Properties Limited to assist with acquiring the necessary planning approvals. This open house, being convened by Jaslo Properties Limited, is an opportunity for input and discussion with regards to the proposed development.
We invite you to participate in this virtual community open house where LDS Consultants will make a short presentation followed by a question and answer period. You may participate in this meeting by video or by phone. Please note that you must pre-register to attend this event. To pre-register, please email your request in advance to LDS Consultants and provide your email address or phone number. If participating by video, please download the ZOOM application in advance of the meeting. You will be sent the link to the ZOOM meeting a few days prior to the event.

The application also requires that a statutory Public Meeting be held by Strathroy-Caradoc Council which will occur once the applicant has had an opportunity to review and address comments received during the Open House, from municipal staff and other agencies. The Statutory Public Meeting is not to be confused with the Open House held solely by the applicant to engage the residents that live in the area. You will be notified separately of the Statutory Public Meeting. Municipal staff will be in attendance to observe comments and questions.
