1.) By telephone to the officer in charge at Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service at 519-245-1250 or in person at the police headquarters, 299 Frances St., Strathroy N7G 4G9.
2.) Directly through the Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD). Any member of the public may make a complaint to the Office of the Independent Police Review Director , addressed to the Director, by:
submitting the complaint directly to the OIPRD by fax at 416-327-8332;
in person at the OIPRD;
by mailing the complaint form from the booklet; or
in person at any municipal, regional, or provincial police station in Ontario, regardless of whether it had jurisdiction over the location where the incident occurred.
Please note:
complaints made beyond the six-month time limit prescribed by the Police Services Act will be considered for investigation on a case-by-case basis by the OIPRD;
anonymous complaints will not be accepted by the OIPRD.
