The municipal office is located at 52 Frank Street, Strathroy and is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm excluding holidays.

Fees and charges for specific municipal services, activites and the use of property provided by the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc are approved each year by Strathroy-Caradoc Council. Fees for Police Services and Tri-Township Arena are set annually by their respective boards.
