Interim CAO Contract Extended

The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is pleased to announce the extension of Interim Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Rob Browning’s contract through December 2, 2026.

Council looks forward to continuing its work with Mr. Browning as the organization advances key priorities and implements the Municipality’s Strategic Plan. Mr. Browning has served as Interim CAO since February 18, 2025.

Browning brings more than 25 years of municipal and government leadership experience to the role. His extensive background includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, the City of Kitchener, and the City of Oshawa. He has also served as Fire Chief in several municipalities and worked with the Province of Ontario in the Office of the Fire Marshal.
