The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on April 2nd, 2026. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

 

to sever one lot from the existing residential parcel. The severed lot is approximately 0.37 ha (0.91 ac) in size, with 0.91 m (3 ft) of frontage along Oak Avenue, currently containing no structures or buildings. The retained lot is approximately 0.86 ha (2.12 ac) in size, with 20.1 m (66 ft) of frontage along Oak Avenue, containing an existing 1-storey 30-unit residential building. The application is also requesting easements for reciprocal parking and access arrangements, as well as revisions to an existing servicing easement on the subject lands. 

The application will facilitate the creation of a new lot for the proposed development of a 3-storey 32-unit residential building.
