275 Frances Street, Strathroy

The Municipality will be hosting an open house for the rezoning of 275 Frances Street which is the Municipal lands being proposed for affordable housing. The purpose of this open house is to gather public feedback on the proposed zoning change from Open Space (OS) to High Density Residential (R3). Please note that all property owners within a 120 m radius of the subject lands were notified early last week via the attached notice.

Following the open house, a statutory public meeting will be held at Council, currently scheduled for April 20. If you are unable to attend the open house, you will still have an opportunity to provide comments and ask questions at that time.

The open house will take place on March 30, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Committee Room at Town Hall.
