The 2026 Budget for the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has been officially adopted. Mayor Colin Grantham presented the Budget at a Special Council meeting on January 13, incorporating Council deliberations and proposed amendments. Following further discussion, the final amended Budget was approved by Council on February 11. Under the new legislation, the period for budget amendments has now closed, and the 2026 Budget is now in effect.

The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is proud to announce that it has received an EDCO Award of Excellence for the 2025 Canvas & Culture Art Fest event held last September, in the category of Visitor Attraction & Tourism Product Development – Rural Award.

The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received $15,025,118 in grant funding from the Provincial Government, more specifically the Municipal Housing and Infrastructure Program – Health and Safety Water Stream to support the Strathroy Water Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrades.

The 2026 Strong Mayor’s Budget has been released and is now available for public review.
