Current/Upcoming Construction Projects

• New storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and asphalt road
• Currently working on Phase II of the project, Metcalfe Street E to High Street
• Phase 3 is from High Street to English Street, under the CN Railway

Roads will be closed with access for local traffic and emergencies vehicles. Anticipating to have the tar and chip program completed in early August 2025.

Roads include:

• Irish Drive from Adelaide Road to Christina Road
• Irish Drive from Sutherland Road to Melbourne Road
• Century Drive from Springwell to Dead End (402)
• Sutherland Road from Longwoods Road to Switzer Drive
• Juliana Drive from Railroad Street to Dead End
• Falconbridge Drive from Sutherland Road to Christina Road

Roads will be closed with access for local traffic and emergencies vehicles. Anticipated to have the asphalt resurfacing completed by August 29th, 2025.

Roads include:

• Drury Lane from Saulsbury Street to Pannell Lane
• Railroad Street from Adelaide Road to Juliana Drive
