Service Updates:

January 13, 2025 - Due to ongoing road construction, the Inter-Community Transit Service's downtown London pick-up location (Stop #2) will be moved to an alternative location beginning January 13, 2025. During this construction, the downtown London stop will be located on York Street, just east of Waterloo Street (adjacent to the Middlesex-London EMS building). This alternative location will now serve as the downtown London location (Stop #2) until further notice. Please note: This alternative stop location is shared with the London Transit Commission's (LTC) stop #2173.

Monday to Friday - 3 Round Trips Daily

Saturday and Sunday - 2 Round Trips Daily

The times with an asterisk (*) beside them are not offered on Saturdays and Sundays.

Holidays - The service does not run on the 9 annual Statutory Holidays for Ontario. Additionally, the Inter-Community Transit Service will not be running on Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day), Thursday, December 26 (Boxing Day), and Wednesday, January 1 (New Year's Day). If you're unsure if the service will be running on a specific day, please call Voyago (519-787-1055).

Flex Stop (F-1):

Service will stop at VIA Rail Sarnia only if riders call Voyago (519.787.1055) in advance to request a pick-up. Try to call a minimum of 24hrs before your desired pick-up time. Regarding drop-off, riders can ask the driver to stop at the Flex Stop location once they are on the bus.

 

 

Passengers who wish to board buses without purchasing tickets in advance may not be able to ride due to seat availability. We cannot guarantee seating without pre-booking.

Booking a Seat:

Step 1: Call 519.787.1055 to reserve a seat at least 24 hours in advance for the day, time, pick-up & destination of your trip.

Step 2: Voyago will e-mail a confirmation and add your name to a daily manifest.

Step 3: Be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Step 4: When bus arrives, give the driver your name and pay the EXACT fare price in CASH.

Step 5: Enjoy your trip!

Example: A one-way ride between Downtown London (Stop #2) and Strathroy (Stop #5) costs $10.

Inter-Community Transit Fares table

Voyago is the service provider for the inter-city transit project. Voyago currently provides a broad spectrum of accessible transportation services and serves approximately 50,000 daily passengers across the province.

The inter-city transit pilot project is made possible by funding from the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Transportation (MTO). 

The following features are being considered:

  • Discounts for Seniors, Students and Veterans
  • Monthly Passes
  • Online / Mobile / Point of Sale ticket purchasing
  • Free WiFi
  • More Flex Stop options

With the prioritization of more daily round trips and weekend service, these features will not be available at service launch and cannot be guaranteed at any point in the future.

The fully accessible Inter-Community Transit service launched August 4, 2020 and connects residents of Strathroy-Caradoc to Sarnia and London.
