Canada Post Strike

Canada Post postal workers have launched a nation-wide strike as of September 25, 2025. This will delay the delivery of mail to and from Strathroy-Caradoc.  

Water, Tax and other Bills and Payment

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR BILLS ON TIME, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR BILLS. 

• Want to register to have your bill emailed to you?

• Don’t want your bill emailed to you?
  Call us at 519-245-1105 after October 21st to receive a verbal confirmation of your balance
  
  If you call in and get sent to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number and street address so that staff may return your call.
  
  
• The next due date for your Water Utility Bill is November 15th, 2025. 

Mail delivery will be delayed, so please use other payment options such as:

• Through your bank or financial institution.
• The drop-box at the front entrance of the municipal office. Do not put cash in the drop box.
• Enroll in a pre-authorized payment plan
• In-person at the municipal office during business hours.
