Canvas & Culture: A Celebration of Community and Creativity

Did you make it to the Canvas & Culture event on September 20th? Downtown Strathroy came alive with colour, culture, and creativity, thanks to a fantastic collaboration between the Municipality, the Strathroy BIA, and The Wright Centre.

The event featured a live mural painting (you can find it behind Cohen Highly in downtown Strathroy), a vibrant art show, poetry, cultural dancing, and delicious food — all celebrating the richness of our diverse community. Interactive stations encouraged attendees of all ages to get involved, connect, and explore what makes Strathroy-Caradoc unique.

With a great turnout and plenty of smiles, Canvas & Culture was a true community success — we can’t wait to see what’s next!
