Local Conservation Authorities Issue Flood Watch

• Above-seasonal temperatures and 5 to 20 mm of rain over the past week
• Continued rain and snowmelt
• Rising water levels with pooling on roads and fields anticipated

Individuals are reminded to avoid watercourses and flooded areas due to dangerous conditions, slippery banks, and cold, swift-moving water. Children and pets should be kept away from the water.
