| Purpose: |
The purpose and effect of the application is to implement a condition of severance imposed by the Strathroy-Caradoc Committee of Adjustment for Consent B11-2025, which conditionally severed a surplus farm dwelling from the remaining agricultural lands. Its purpose is to also implement a condition of severance imposed by the Strathroy-Caradoc Committee of Adjustment for Consent B12-2025, which conditionally relocated an existing lot. This application proposes to re-zone the 0.78 ha severed lands from the ‘General Agricultural (A1) Zone’ to a site-specific ‘Agricultural Small Holdings (A2-45) Zone’. The site-specific zoning will restrict the use of the lands for residential purposes. This application also proposes to re-zone the 44.7 ha retained lands from the ‘General Agricultural (A1) Zone’ to the ‘Agricultural Purposes Only (A3) Zone' to restrict future residential uses. The application also proposes to re-zone the 0.76 ac existing lot to be relocated from the 'Agricultural Small Holdings (A2) Zone' to the 'Agricultural Purposes Only (A3) Zone'. The application also proposes to re-zone the 0.76 ac proposed relocation lot from the 'General Agricultural (A1) Zone' to the 'Agricultural Small Holdings (A2) Zone'. |
