The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on March 2nd, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment applications. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

To amend the Official Plan to include a special policy area to permit the storage of bulk materials including gravel and similar commodities. The application proposes to amend the zoning on the property to permit industrial – bulk storage establishment and associated development standards for the stockpiles and scale home that will be maintained on the property.
