The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on March 2nd, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

| Purpose: | The proposed development is a concrete batching plant with elements of a truck terminal. There will be a main building and secondary wash out facility as well as stockpiles. In light of the foregoing, the applicant is proposing a zoning by-law amendment that would add concrete batching plant to the permitted uses in the existing zone and recognize the loading spaces and accessory building in the front yard. |
