Purpose & Effect: | This property is the subject of a plan of subdivision development within the site specific Low Density Residential (R1-H-5) zone and the Open Space (OS-H-6) zone. The subdivision will allow for single detached dwellings and a stormwater management pond. In addition, the Holding Symbols (H-5 and H-6) have been applied to the property, where the hold (R1-H-5) applies to the land, and may only be removed when a subdivision agreement has been completed addressing the issues outlined under the Planning Act and the second hold (OS-H-6) may be removed when a permit has been secured by the applicant from the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority and when the subdivision agreement has been completed. The effect of the application is to remove the Holding Symbols (H-5 and H-6) on the subject lands to allow for the on-site development to commence. |
