Purpose: |
To seek relief from Section 4.2(3)(a) of the Strathroy-Caradoc Zoning By-law to permit an accessory building with a minimum interior lot line setback of 0.1 metres, whereas the Zoning By-law states that 0.6 metres is required. This is a resubmission of a previous application that was denied by the Committee of Adjustment. The applicant has since amended the application to remove the request for a deck encroachment variance. |
