The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on June 5th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting, as well as the Site Plan for reference.

To seek relief from Section 4.2(3)(a) of the Strathroy-Caradoc Zoning By-law to permit an accessory building with a minimum interior lot line setback of 0.1 metres, whereas the Zoning By-law states that 0.6 metres is required. This is a resubmission of a previous application that was denied by the Committee of Adjustment. The applicant has since amended the application to remove the request for a deck encroachment variance. |
