The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on August 7th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

| Purpose: | To seek relief from Section 4.29(3) of the Zoning By-law to permit the construction of a 342 m² (3,680 ft²) single detached dwelling that is 24 metres (78.7 ft.) from the centerline of County Road 2 (Longwoods Road), whereas a minimum setback of 38 metres (124.7 ft.) from the centerline of County Road 2 is required. |
