The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on September 4th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose: To permit a secondary suite that is 82.5 m² (888.1 ft²) in size, whereas a maximum size of 75 m² (807.3 ft²) is permitted. The application will facilitate the construction of a secondary suite within the existing dwelling.
