| Purpose: | To seek relief from Section 4.6(5)(b) to permit an 89.2 m? (960 ft?) secondary suite whereas a secondary suite when located in an accessory building shall not be greater than 40% of the gross floor area of the main dwelling to a maximum of 75 m? (807.3 ft?). The applicant is also seeking relief from Section 4.2(5) to permit an accessory building that is 6.12 m in height, whereas a maximum of 4.5 m is permitted. The application will facilitate the construction of a detached garage with a secondary suite above, in the rear yard of the subject property. |
