The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on October 2nd, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

This application will permit a 400 ft² (37.2m²) accessible ground floor dwelling unit in a commercial building with a commercial unit at grade as well. |
