The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on February 5th, 2026. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

: to seek relief from Section 6.3(3) to permit a front yard depth of 4 m (13.1 ft), whereas a minimum front yard depth of 5 m (16.4 ft) is required. The applicant is also seeking relief from Section 6.3(5) to permit a rear yard depth of 6 m (19.7 ft), whereas a minimum rear yard depth of 8 m (26.2 ft) is required. Lastly, the applicant is seeking relief from Section 6.4(1)c) to permit parking lot coverage of 28.6%, whereas a maximum parking lot coverage of 20% is permitted. The application will facilitate the construction of eight (8) multi-unit dwellings on the property. |
