The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on August 7th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

Purpose:

To execute a surplus farm dwelling severance. The proposed lot to be retained would be approximately 44.7 ha (110.4 ac) in size, with approximately 483 m (1,584.7 ft.) of frontage along Olde Drive, containing five accessory buildings (with two to be removed). The proposed lot to be severed would be approximately 0.78 ha (1.9 ac) in size, with approximately 62 m (203.4 ft.) of frontage along Olde Drive, containing a single detached dwelling, and two accessory buildings (which are planned to be removed). The applicant is also requesting to relocate an existing severed vacant parcel from the southeast (bottom right) corner of the property to an area further southwest to provide better access to the retained agricultural parcel as a result of the surplus farm dwelling severance.
