The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent and Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on September 4th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

To sever one lot from an existing residential parcel. The severed lot is approximately 390.3 m² (4,201.2 ft²) in size, with 14.5 m (47.6 ft.) of frontage along Milliner Street currently containing a shed which is to be removed. To permit a lot area of 390.3 m² (4,201.2 ft²) whereas a minimum lot area of 460m² (4,951.4 ft²) is required for lots on municipal services. They are also seeking relief from Section 5.3(2) to permit a lot frontage of 14.5m (47.6) whereas a minimum lot frontage of 15 m (49.2 ft.) is required for lots on municipal services.
