The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on October 2nd, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

Purpose: to convey a portion of land from 25198 Melbourne Road to be merged with the adjacent lands to the east, known municipally as 25308 Melbourne Road. The parcel proposed to be conveyed is approximately 0.69 ac (30,056.4 ft²) in size with 43.6 m (143 ft.) of frontage along Melbourne Road and a depth of 120.7 m (396 ft.). The purpose of the lot addition is to legally exchange a portion of lands between property owners for a more efficient agricultural use of their existing farms (therefore the application is tied to B16-2025).
