The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on October 2nd, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

To convey a portion of land from 25308 Melbourne Road to be merged with the adjacent lands to the east, known municipally as 25198 Melbourne Road. The parcel proposed to be conveyed is approximately 0.79 ac (34,412.4 ft²) in size with a width of 381.33 m (1,251 ft.) and a depth of 8.15 m (26.77 ft.). The purpose of the lot addition is to legally exchange a portion of lands between property owners for a more efficient agricultural use of their existing farms (therefore the application is tied to B15-2025). |
