The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on June 5th, 2025.

Address: 269 Burns Street, Strathroy
Purpose: To seek permission to convey a portion of land from 269 Burns Street to be merged with the adjacent lands to the north, known municipally as 251 Burns Street. The parcel proposed to be conveyed is approximately 140.27m² (1,510 ft²) in size with 0m (0 ft.) of frontage along Burns Street and a depth of 7 m (23 ft.). The remaining lands to be retained are approximately 870.70 m² (9,372 ft²) in size with 20.12 m (66 ft.) of frontage along Burns Street and a depth of 43.31 m (142 ft.). Once enlarged, 251 Burns Street will be approximately 9,898.27 m² (2.45 ac) in size. The purpose of the lot addition is to provide additional land for future residential development.
