The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Consent Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on September 4th, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose:

To sever three new residential lots from a larger agricultural parcel. The proposed retained parcel is approximately 3.8 ha (9.39 ac) in size, with 17 m (55.8 ft.) of frontage along Falconbridge Drive, containing an existing single detached dwelling and detached garage. The proposed parcels to be severed are each approximately 2,186.88 m² (0.54 ac) in size, with 34.17 m (112 ft.) of frontage along Falconbridge Drive and are vacant of any buildings or structures. This property was previously subject to planning applications for consent that resulted in creating lots in 2007.
