The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on September 2nd, 2025, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting.

Purpose:

The Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to re-zone the retained lands from the ‘Future Development (FD) Zone’ to a site-specific ‘Low Density Residential (R1-##) Zone’. The site-specific zoning will allow for existing residential dwelling to continue to be used for its intended use. This application does not propose to re-zone the severed lands.
