The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is reminding residents to avoid handling wild birds or bird droppings and to take simple precautions to reduce the risk of avian influenza.

The community of Mount Brydges is experiencing significant growth. This will have an impact on the approved capacity of the existing Mount Brydges Wastewater Treatment Facility (Mount Brydges WWTF). 

The Municipality will be participating in the Bluewater Recycling Association's Natural Christmas Tree Chipping Program. Trees can be dropped off at the designated area at 475 Metcalfe Street West, Strathroy from December 20 to January 10, 2026.

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, December 22, 2025 - Middlesex County is pleased to announce that it has received provincial approval for up to $3.4 million in funding through the Ontario Transit Investment Fund (OTIF) to support the continued operation and optimization of Middlesex County Connect inter-community transit services through March 2030.
