Please TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will consider removing the holding symbol (‘H’) as it applies to the lands legally described as 6919 Calvert Drive, Strathroy-Caradoc, July 7th, 2025. Kindly refer to the attached formal notice for further details.

Purpose & Effect: |
The subject property is the subject to an expansion of a contractors yard, zoned site specific General Agriculture (A1-13-H-2). In addition, the Holding Symbol applied to the property (H-2) applies to the land and may only be removed when a site plan agreement has been completed. The effect of the application is to remove the Holding Symbols (H-2) on the subject lands to allow the on-site development to commence, as a site plan agreement has been completed. |
