Please TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will consider removing the holding symbol (‘H’) as it applies to the lands legally described as ADELAIDE CON 4 SER PT LOTS 19 AND 20 RP 33R19731 PARTS 1 TO 7, Strathroy, March 2nd, 2026. The subject property is the subject of a subdivision development zoned ‘site-specific Medium Density Residential (R2-28-H-5)’, and site-specific ‘High Density Residential (R3-21-H-5)’ to permit singles, semi-detached and townhouse dwellings. The Holding Symbol (H) was applied to the property and may only be removed when a subdivision agreement has been completed addressing the issues outlined under the Planning Act. The applicant has signed the subdivision agreement and is now seeking to remove the hold.
The effect of the application to remove the Holding Symbols (H-5) on the subject lands to allow the on-site development to commence. |
