| Purpose: | To reduce the Minimum Distance Separation (MDS II) requirement for a new 2,244.3 m² (24,157.41 ft²) layer barn for lands zoned General Agricultural (A1) Zone. The application will permit an MDS setback of 290 metres (951.4 feet) whereas 323 metres (1,059.7 feet) is required, which is a relief of 33 metres (108.3 feet). |
