The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received the following Minor Variance Application that will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on October 2nd, 2025. Please see attached the Notice of Public Meeting and Site Plan.

Purpose: To reduce the Minimum Distance Separation (MDS II) requirement for a new 2,244.3 m² (24,157.41 ft²) layer barn for lands zoned General Agricultural (A1) Zone. The application will permit an MDS setback of 290 metres (951.4 feet) whereas 323 metres (1,059.7 feet) is required, which is a relief of 33 metres (108.3 feet).
