Please be advised that the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will be holding an Open House on November 10^th, 2025, to discuss the Stage 1 review and update of Zoning By-law No. 43-08, please see the attached notice.

When:	November 10, 2025 at 5:00pm
Where:	Gemini Sportsplex, Multi-purpose room: 667 Adair Blvd, Strathroy, ON N7G 0A9
Purpose & Effect:	The Zoning By-law is the Municipality’s primary tool for regulating land use. The Stage 1 review will introduce amendments to bring the By-law in line with recent Planning Act changes, updated planning practices, and housekeeping revisions consistent with the County Official Plan. A Stage 2 review, anticipated to begin in Winter 2025, will include further updates based on new Municipal Official Plan policies currently under appeal. A separate public open house will be scheduled to present those future updates.

This upcoming Open House will be an informal opportunity for the public to review the draft by-law, ask questions of Municipal staff, and identify any additional planning matters for consideration.
