Applicant Revises Zoning By-law Amendment Application for 700 Adair Boulevard, Strathroy

The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is advising residents that the applicant has submitted a revised request for Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA19-2026. 

The revised application removes "Data Centre" from the list of proposed permitted uses. The application that will be considered at the public meeting now seeks to rezone the property at 700 Adair Boulevard from Future Development (FD) to General Industrial (M2), without including a Data Centre as a permitted use. 

A public meeting for the application will still be held during the Strathroy-Caradoc Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 

The purpose of the public meeting is to provide Council and the public with an opportunity to review the revised application and provide comments. No decision will be made at the public meeting. A decision on the application will be made at a future Council meeting. 

Residents are encouraged to attend the public meeting or review the Council agenda for more information.
