The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc has received an application to subdivide land in Strathroy and has also received an Official Plan Amendment application and a Zoning By-law Amendment application in support of the development proposal. Please see attached the Notice of Application providing details of the proposed draft plan of subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications.
The Public Meeting for this application on May 4th, 2026, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled to a future Public Meeting date.
