The Council of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will hold a public meeting on October 5th, 2026, to consider the following proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application.

| Purpose: |
The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a private golf course with a club house with 12 two-bed bedrooms sleeping accommodations and expand the existing hunting facility.
The application proposes to remove the existing home and rebuild on a proposed lot on the southeast portion of the property. With this, the applicant is proposing to rezone the rural residential lot to ‘Agricultural Small Holdings (A2)’ zone that is proposed to be created through a severance application which will be a separate decision by the Committee of Adjustment.
