Redevelopment of 137 Frank Street

The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is moving forward with the redevelopment of 137 Frank Street. The multi-phase project will transform the facility into a fully accessible, AODA-compliant space, including improved building access and accessible parking. Once complete, all customer service functions currently located at 52 Frank Street will be relocated to 137 Frank Street, which will become the Municipality’s primary customer service location.

The facility will include a customer service area, administrative office space, and flexible meeting areas to improve operational efficiency. The future facility at 137 Frank Street will officially be known as the Municipal Service and Community Centre. The facility will serve as a new location for municipal services while supporting future opportunities for community use.
